5.Nature of the Service

LuckyRook is a free-to-play social casino game for entertainment only. It offers no real-money gambling: virtual Chips, Gold Bullion and other in-game items have no cash value and can never be exchanged for money or prizes. LuckyRook therefore does not hold, and does not require, a gambling licence. The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 and over.

6.Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). 7.Liability for Content and Links

We prepare the content of the Service with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws. We are not obliged to monitor information transmitted or stored by third parties, such as players' chat messages and profiles, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity; our obligations to remove or block such content under the general laws are unaffected. Once we become aware of a specific infringement, we will remove the content concerned promptly. You can report content through a Member Ticket.

The Service may contain links to external websites over which we have no control; their operators are solely responsible for their content. We checked linked pages for obvious legal violations when we linked to them; if we become aware of any infringement, we will remove the link.
